Hitchlist Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 10, 2026
Hitchlist is built so that we cannot access your data, because it never leaves your device.
What we collect
Nothing. Hitchlist has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. Your checklists are stored only in the app's local database on your device. The app requests no permissions at all — no location, no notifications, no camera.
What leaves your device
- Nothing automatically. The app makes no network requests of its own.
- Purchases: the optional Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple. We never see payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy.
- Exports you initiate: PDF checklists go wherever you send them.
Data retention & deletion
Your checklists live in the app. Deleting a checklist deletes it; deleting the app deletes everything. Print or save a PDF first if you want a keepsake copy.
A note on checklist content
Bundled templates are generic starting points contributed from common RVer practice. They are reminders, not instructions — always follow your rig's owner's manual and your own judgment.
Children
Hitchlist does not collect data from anyone, including children, and contains no ads.
Changes
Any future changes will be posted at this URL and noted in release notes.
